CCTV Camera Technician

 

Job Location: Lahore 

 

Job Type: Full-Time    10AM to 8PM

 

Reports to: Security Systems Installation or maintenance .

Salary  25k to 30k depend on experience. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Camera Technician to install, maintain, and repair security camera systems for various clients. The role involves hands-on work with wiring, cameras, network video recorders (NVRs), and other associated equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of security systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.

Perform system tests to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.

Plan and implement the layout for camera systems based on client requirements and site conditions.

Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform repairs or upgrades when needed.

Assist clients in understanding the operation and usage of installed systems.

Ensure systems are connected to a secure network and configured for remote monitoring, where required.

Work with other security systems such as access control systems, alarms, and sensors.

Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and maintenance tasks.

Stay updated with the latest developments in surveillance technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school Minimum Matric diploma or equivalent. we prefer experience .

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in installing and maintaining CCTV/security systems.

Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of various camera types, lenses, and recording systems.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry equipment  and work in tight spaces.

Willingness to work at heights (ladders, rooftops, etc.).

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Work Environment:

Fieldwork at client locations (indoor and outdoor settings).

Occasional travel to different job sites.

Flexible schedule, which is running on the work side. It has to be finished, there in no over time .
